California Residents

We do not currently honor Do Not Track signals. California residents with an established business relationship may request that we not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

To the extent required by applicable law, we utilize appropriate, commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures and security precautions — including, but not limited to, the implementation of encryption technology — to protect your data. However, no data transmission over the Internet or encryption method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We are not responsible for the actions of hackers and other unauthorized third-parties that breach our reasonable security procedures.

Additionally, to the extent that your use of our app or platform requires you to create an account and password, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of this login information. This privacy policy is not intended to confer, nor does it confer, any rights or remedies to users.

Further, where feasible, we use masking or access controls to limit unnecessary collection of personal information. Automated systems may process images before personal information is removed for quality-control purposes; no human reviews unredacted imagery.

Data Retention

Unless you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will maintain it until such time that we determine, in our sole discretion, that (1) it is no longer necessary for any purpose for which we may use it in accordance with this privacy policy; and (2) it may be destroyed or deleted in accordance with applicable law.

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user younger than 13, we will endeavor to delete that information promptly.

Your Rights

If you would like your information to be permanently removed from our database, please contact us using the email address listed at the bottom of this privacy policy. We may ask you to provide a copy of your driver’s license or other identifying documents to assist us in processing your request. We may still contact individuals who have requested that their information be permanently removed for administrative purposes. The removal of your information may take some time to complete and may be subject to certain restrictions, consistent with applicable law. Please also note that the removal of any information will not necessarily result in the removal of records of past transactions or the deletion of information stored in our data archives. Aggregated Data is not subject to requests for removal.

We will, to the best of our ability and in accordance with applicable law, allow you to access, review, correct, or add to your Information held in our database. Please note that we may ask you certain follow-up questions prior to processing your request to confirm your identity and the specific information that is the subject of your request, in accordance with applicable law.
